Can I change my order once placed?

Yes, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours so please email us at hello@oneboxgifts.com along with your order number, within the first two hours after placing the order.

 

What are the delivery options?

Delivery is free for tracked 48 via Royal Mail, if you need it quicker you can upgrade to tracked 24 with same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm. This option is available in the checkout.

 

Do you include a receipt in the box?

No, we never include any purchasing information within the parcel/box.

 

Will the parcel fit through a letterbox?

It depends on which box you choose, we endeavour to use letter box friendly sizes wherever possible but it depends on the contents.

 

How will my personalised message look?

All personalised messages are hand written with care. We will copy the exact message so please ensure you are happy with it before placing the order.

 

Does a One Box Gift come wrapped?

Items come wrapped in tissue paper, secured with coloured shred and placed into our gift boxes. Please see our social media to watch us boxing!

 

Do you offer bulk order discount?
